On March 5, 2016, in the report on the work of the government at the 4th Session of the 12th National People's Congress, Premier Li Keqiang said about the priorities of the work by 2016: Encourage enterprises to carry out customized, flexible production, cultivate the spirit of excellence craftsman, increase varieties, improve quality, create brand.

Craftsman spirit is not only the requirement of enterprise development, but also advocated by the national government and the times.

Everyone has a job of his own, and the only difference is that the tasks and the ways in which they work are different.
